The wine has a very pale yellow color. On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet of citrus, with a lovely hint of grapefruit zest. The palate is clean, soft, pleasant, and balanced, with a finish that matches perfectly. There are aromas of grapefruit.
South-facing, the terroir is made up of sandy and permeable soil. It is largely composed of schist, mica schist and white quartz.
