Domaine Sainte-Marie embodies the best of the Mediterranean, in an enchanting setting illuminated by the sun of Provence. Produced from an exceptional terroir of vines, olive trees and oak trees, this wine of great finesse will be appreciated with delicate and refined dishes.
The wine has a very light pink color with subtle golden highlights. On the nose, there are persistent fruit aromas along with fresh scents of woodland. The palate is clean, soft, pleasant, and well-balanced, with a finish that aligns perfectly. Notes of citrus and white flowers are present.
South-facing, the terroir is made up of sandy and permeable soil. It is largely composed of schist, mica schist and white quartz.
